The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baltasar Pedroso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Hilario Serafo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Fidencio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ignacio Etxepare kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After 78 played minutes CA San Martín de Tucumán got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Leoiar. When the final whistle went the supporters of CA San Martín de Tucumán were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant UNDARTAKER F.C. side.
