Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cristobal Olando made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Fanegas's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Cugat came free, but Leo Orlandus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Mendoza's goalkeeper Sievert Liche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Bastian. Leo Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Cheche in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Fanegas's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Olando came free, but Leo Orlandus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fanegas were furious when Romulo Dimas was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Romulo Dimas hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Leo Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Cheche, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Cristobal Olando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mendoza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristobal Olando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Gregory was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fanegas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mendoza the free kick. The supporters of Mendoza booed when Fanegas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Gregory didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristobal Olando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Fanegas's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Olando came free, but Leo Orlandus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Olando in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Orlandus saved Fanegas from getting behind. Leo Orlandus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Cugat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Olando in the 38th minute of play. Leo Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Cheche in the 42nd minute of the match. Cirilo Videl charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cirilo Videl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Fanegas got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Videl. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hilario Bastian to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Cristobal Olando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Cheche in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fanegas's Hilario Bastian got a free kick in the 58th minute. Gervasio Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Hilario Bastian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sievert Liche having to interfere. After some careless play in the Fanegas defense, Cristobal Olando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leo Orlandus. The Fanegas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Orlandus should have stopped the shot. Leo Orlandus made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Victorio Cugat sent off a good shot on target. Cristobal Olando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Leo Orlandus made a huge save. Hilario Bastian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sievert Liche having to interfere. Cirilo Videl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Sievert Liche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mendoza defense, Hilario Bastian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sievert Liche. The Mendoza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sievert Liche should have stopped the shot. After 96 minutes of play, Mendoza's Cristobal Olando made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Orlandus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mendoza's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
