When Bonifacio Bazkoare came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Deportivo Castor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Bazkoare couldn't finish the play. Deportivo Castor's Robustiano Palben played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Bortzaioriz in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Nunez Beltza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Playo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nunez Beltza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Voltio Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Bortzaioriz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Palben breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Bonifacio Bazkoare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Castor's supporters rose to their feet, but Bonifacio Bazkoare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The Voltio Futbol Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Castor had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
