The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Mano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Elias Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Freddy Mano put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Elias Virila. Anselmo Galsino's late challenge caught a Janta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Galsino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Infiniti CAI's Anselmo Galsino got a free kick in the 37th minute. Elias Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Mano in the 39th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Juan Toli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Norberto Cordareo. That made the score 1-1 in the 43 minute of play. In the 48th minute, Santiago Solustiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by David Oihenarte in the 49th minute really tested Norberto Cordareo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Eneko to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Infiniti CAI's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Eneko came free, but Elias Virila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustavo Eneko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elias Virila. That made the score 1-2 in the 58 minute of play. The supporters of Janta booed when Infiniti CAI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Galsino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Eneko in the 74th minute of play forced Infiniti CAI's goalkeeper Elias Virila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Piarres notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Janta's Norberto Cordareo. Norberto Cordareo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Eneko in the 81st minute of play forced Infiniti CAI's goalkeeper Elias Virila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Solustiano in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elias Virila, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 85 minutes into the match, Infiniti CAI's Juan Toli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Norberto Cordareo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaudencio Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Cordareo having to interfere. If Gaudencio Piarres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janta were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
