Burguito FC's Leonardo Medero got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Ignacio Giraldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonardo Medero struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Celestino Valente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burguito FC. The supporters of Burguito FC booed when Talleres de Cordoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Bazil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Valente having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Natalio Garaile cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Celestino Valente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ignacio Giraldo to make the kick off. Christian Guillelmus struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. The Burguito FC fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Burguito FC's Leonardo Medero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Burguito FC's Severo Mederi got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Burguito FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
