After 19 minutes of play, SDF Chimuelo's Silvano Palben made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaston Vermudo was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Garaile in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaston Vermudo saved Merlo FC from getting behind. Silvano Palben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gaston Vermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cristobal Garaile managed to get in a good position for a shot. SDF Chimuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Garaile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristobal Garaile stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Cristobal Garaile managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cristobal Garaile who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Gaston Vermudo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 82ndth minute of the game Cristobal Garaile who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merlo FC's Gaston Vermudo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silvano Palben received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaston Vermudo came out and tried to block the shot, but Silvano Palben slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 89th minute. When the final whistle sounded SDF Chimuelo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Merlo FC.
