Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Senin kicked off to start the match. Nereo Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Lauro in the 3rd minute of play. Amadeo Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Nereo Sengrat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Maximiliano Urre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximiliano Urre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Sengrat having to interfere. Cadret's Nereo Sengrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Tonio in the 13th minute of play. Amadeo Tonio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximiliano Urre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Sarmiento's Sergio Lauro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Maximiliano Urre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Sengrat having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Cadret's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Tonio came free, but Nereo Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Claris's late challenge caught a Sarmiento's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristobal Claris helped the player get up and apologised. Jeremias Barea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Chaime, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Maximiliano Urre might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nereo Sengrat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Urre ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Amadeo Tonio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarmiento's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Tonio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Sengrat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 58th minute, Victor Ralondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maximiliano Urre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eloy Damario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Sengrat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Sarmiento's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Urre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Urre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Nereo Sengrat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Maximiliano Urre came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Sarmiento fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Urre couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Justo Ebardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Baldomiro Chaime hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Cadret's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Tonio came free, but Nereo Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sarmiento walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
