If Fabio Ricart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gogo Deunoro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Geronimo Kaxen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Chap went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Jurgi during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Macomitas FC booed when PASTAFRULA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Jurgi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Macomitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, PASTAFRULA FC's Ciriaco Koldobika tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pablo Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Ricart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciriaco Koldobika took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geronimo Kaxen. Macomitas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pablo Quiroga was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Fabio Ricart had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Kaxen. Macomitas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabio Ricart was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 60 minutes into the match, PASTAFRULA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Tabby came free, but Eliseo Lucila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Chap charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Chap the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st match minute, PASTAFRULA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Chap to maneuver through the defense. Santiago Chap got his second yellow card in the match during the 63rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Fabio Ricart managed to get in a good position for a shot. PASTAFRULA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Ricart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Kaxen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Macomitas FC's Geronimo Kaxen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Macomitas FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Manex in the 80th minute of play forced PASTAFRULA FC's goalkeeper Eliseo Lucila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, PASTAFRULA FC's Fabio Ricart sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geronimo Kaxen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute, PASTAFRULA FC's Joel Jurgi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Geronimo Kaxen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Quiroga in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Fabio Ricart managed to get in a good position for a shot. PASTAFRULA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Ricart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Kaxen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amancio Luke hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded PASTAFRULA FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Macomitas FC.
