Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) St. Jimmy's Severo Fero started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Haroldo Gaztea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Rufio having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Barrancas 2019's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Gaztea came free, but Aristides Rufio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severo Fero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Gaztea got free with Aristides Rufio in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aristides Rufio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Fero, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Barrancas 2019's Aristides Donio got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Cayetano Bastia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Gaztea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 26 minutes, Haroldo Gaztea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. St. Jimmy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo Gaztea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Severo Fero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of St. Jimmy booed when Barrancas 2019 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Senio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Severo Fero managed to get in a good position for a shot. St. Jimmy's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Fero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Rufio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Aquilino Barea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrancas 2019's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Barea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in St. Jimmy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Barrancas 2019's Alonzo Perrando got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th match minute, St. Jimmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Bastia to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Barrancas 2019's Aquilino Barea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saul Azevedo. Saul Azevedo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Aquilino Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Azevedo having to interfere. With a little luck, St. Jimmy's Saul Azevedo got control of the ball when Eriberto Senio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Aquilino Barea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saul Azevedo. St. Jimmy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquilino Barea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Haroldo Gaztea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Rufio having to interfere. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrancas 2019's goalkeeper Aristides Rufio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The St. Jimmy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barrancas 2019's performance. The match ended with a win for Barrancas 2019.
