Eduardo Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Txema in the 8th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacobo Ricart in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Batista saved NOB from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Victorio Ekialde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paloma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Victorio Ekialde scored 0-4 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Batista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacobo Ricart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. NOB's Eduardo Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Ricart in the 40th minute of play. Eduardo Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Ricart in the 41st minute of play. Eduardo Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Ricart, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a rather tough play, NOB's Americo Clis got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute of the match Albino Dalmu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eduardo Batista skillfully saved the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Paloma's Luis Cilio was substituted for Ramon Aguirre. Paloma's Nicanor Isidor was substituted for Jacobo Ricart. After 53 minutes, Nicanor Isidor made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. NOB's Eduardo Batista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Victorio Ekialde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Eduardo Batista made a huge save. With his leg Eduardo Batista managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Paloma's Victorio Ekialde fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. NOB's Eduardo Batista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save NOB from getting a goal against them. Paloma's Leonides Salamon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Ekain in the 71st minute of play. Nicanor Isidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Eduardo Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Batista was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Victorio Ekialde capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victorio Ekialde really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. After 88 played minutes NOB got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Ekain. After 89 played minutes, Paloma's Albino Dalmu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eduardo Batista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paloma reached it. 91 minutes into the match, NOB's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Isidor came free, but Eduardo Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nicanor Isidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
