The audience was convinced that Baldomero Romo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ceferino Darien was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Arturo Vedillo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 42nd playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Tiamayo AFC's zone, Baldomero Romo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Darien came out of the goal and Baldomero Romo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomero Romo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Assassins Clowns were awarded a corner. There was no doubt that Assassins Clowns were the better team. Assassins Clowns's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
