The crowd rose to their feet as Tiamayo AFC's Narciso Fanuco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eugeniusz Piczak. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. After 7 minutes, Anacleto Gelmiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tryangulo FC and the Tiamayo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Anacleto Gelmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Tryangulo FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mateo Lucila hit a great ball. Javier Dominic might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ceferino Darien. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Javier Dominic ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16thth minute of the game Fidel Handi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tiamayo AFC's Ceferino Darien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 20 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Tiamayo AFC's Narciso Fanuco fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 23 minutes, Fidel Handi made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tiamayo AFC's Ceferino Darien tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiamayo AFC's Ceferino Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Dominic in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Javier Dominic notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Tiamayo AFC's Ceferino Darien. Ceferino Darien was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ceferino Darien was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leon Ayala charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Ayala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tiamayo AFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Leon Ayala hit a great ball. Eugeniusz Piczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Fanuco in the 46th minute of the match. Tiamayo AFC were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Tryangulo FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Tolino took the corner. The corner ended in Omar Tolino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tryangulo FC's Eugeniusz Piczak did a great save. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Handi to strike the kick off in the second half. Ceferino Darien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tryangulo FC. Javier Dominic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Darien having to interfere. Tryangulo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
