An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Fanuco in the 7th minute of play forced LOS MUCHACHOS's goalkeeper Octavio Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes Tiamayo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Romildo. After taking down the ball on LOS MUCHACHOS's corner Aaron Camerino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ceferino Darien quite easily take care of the ball. Domingos Macias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Darien having to interfere. Tiamayo AFC's Ceferino Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Maldonado in the 21st minute of play. If Domingos Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillermo Gustau kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Hipolito Manni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiamayo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOS MUCHACHOS the free kick. In the 30th minute, Hipolito Manni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiamayo AFC's Ceferino Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Macias in the 32nd minute of play. Octavio Hanot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Txerran in the 33rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Domingos Macias managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS MUCHACHOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingos Macias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Darien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Domingos Macias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zacarias Fonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Darien having to interfere. Ceferino Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Maldonado in the 43rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Macias in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceferino Darien prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Guillermo Gustau fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiamayo AFC's protests and gave Guillermo Gustau a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Gustau hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeo Maldonado to make the kick off. A collision led to Tiamayo AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Leon Ayala hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Macias got free with Ceferino Darien in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Narciso Fanuco struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Octavio Hanot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiamayo AFC. When Narciso Fanuco came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Tiamayo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Fanuco couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, LOS MUCHACHOS's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Txerran came free, but Octavio Hanot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ceferino Darien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Maldonado, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Domingos Macias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ceferino Darien having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Ceferino Darien successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 84th match minute, Tiamayo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Gustau to maneuver through the defense. When Domingos Macias came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the LOS MUCHACHOS fans jumped to their feet.
