Silvestre Toro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Kaxen in the 10th minute of play forced Torito FC's goalkeeper Santo Beti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Beti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Chano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Chano in the 15th minute of play forced Torito FC's goalkeeper Santo Beti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Chano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes Torito FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Chaime. IX Brigada's Maximino Urbez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Torito FC. In the 21st match minute, IX Brigada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Rosalio to maneuver through the defense. Godofredo Gregory struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Silvestre Toro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torito FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Poncio in the 24th minute of play forced IX Brigada's goalkeeper Silvestre Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Matias Hitzeder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Silvestre Toro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silvestre Toro made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Matias Hitzeder sent off a good shot on target. Silvestre Toro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Poncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Hitzeder was slow to take the kick. During this time Torito FC's players had a chance to rest. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godofredo Gregory in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvestre Toro saved IX Brigada from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Fernan Medardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godofredo Gregory stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Tiburcio Poncio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Poncio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Toro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute, Matias Hitzeder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvestre Toro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Jimeno Chano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Torito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Kaxen came free, but Santo Beti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Torito FC's Alberto Calisto got a free kick in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Godofredo Gregory's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Toro was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. After having played for 72 minutes, Tiburcio Poncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Poncio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matias Hitzeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Tiburcio Poncio, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 75 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Silvestre Toro was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Placido Salamon's late challenge caught a IX Brigada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Placido Salamon helped the player get up and apologised. Torito FC's Santo Beti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Kaxen in the 79th minute of play. Silvestre Toro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godofredo Gregory's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the last second Santo Beti throw himself and got hold of the ball when Clodoveo Kaxen in the 81stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 82 played minutes Torito FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Chaime. Silvestre Toro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Poncio in the 88th minute of the match. Tiburcio Poncio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Hitzeder hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Kaxen in the 95th minute of play forced Torito FC's goalkeeper Santo Beti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Chaime hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Torito FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
