Florentino Mundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iker Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Dimo in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Florentino Mundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Boniel was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. The C. A. Victorio Eufemio was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of C. A. Jaguares del Sur booed when C.A.Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Eufemio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute of the match C. A. Jaguares del Sur got a corner. C.A.Talleres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aristides Dimo ran over to the corner to take the kick. C.A.Talleres's Iker Boniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save C.A.Talleres from getting a goal against them. 68 minutes into the match, C.A.Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Dimo came free, but Iker Boniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A.Talleres were furious when Andres Txurio was red carded, 72 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 72 played minutes C.A.Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Andres Txurio. C. A. Jaguares del Sur's Aristides Dimo got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Mundo in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Boniel saved C.A.Talleres from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Florentino Mundo put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Iker Boniel. The crowd rose to their feet as Florentino Mundo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iker Boniel. That made the score 1-6 in the 83 minute of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Ciro Garikoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Jaguares del Sur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Garikoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C. A. Jaguares del Sur's Florentino Mundo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Florentino Mundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcial Sandalio during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, C.A.Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Sandalio to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded C. A. Jaguares del Sur left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.A.Talleres.
