Hilario Bartuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hilario Bartuelos short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Juan Quintin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Hilario Bartuelo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Quintin was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. A collision led to Morteros getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Daniel Chuse hit a great ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Hilario Bartuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coranzulí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Bartuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Quintin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Txindoki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Justo Aurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Rocendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Gonsalve in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Venancio Txindoki to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Gerardo Rosio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Ixona in the 52nd minute of play forced Coranzulí's goalkeeper Gerardo Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Rocendo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Froilan Gartzea. Coranzulí's Gerardo Rocendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Coranzulí from getting a goal against them. Baltasar Valentine hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After a long run with the ball, Daniel Chuse did a trick in the 89th minute in front of Coranzulí's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-4.
