The audience was convinced that Baldomero Hodei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Bibiano was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Angelo Bibiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Hodei in the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Jose Mede got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Palacios FC's zone, Baldomero Hodei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Bibiano came out of the goal and Baldomero Hodei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Palacios FC's Ezequiel Jaen in the 34th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Jorge Galoer was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Tino FC through an amazing save. After having played for 38 minutes, Baldomero Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Hodei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Arnaldo Sindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Mede during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tino FC's Jose Mede got a free kick in the 41st minute. Jorge Galoer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Bibiano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Baldomero Hodei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baldomero Hodei struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Angelo Bibiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tino FC. Angelo Bibiano made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Baldomero Hodei sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Baldomero Hodei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Palacios FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Hodei came free, but Angelo Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 minutes, Placido Manuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tino FC and the Palacios FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arnaldo Sindo struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Angelo Bibiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tino FC. When Arnaldo Sindo fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tino FC's protests and gave Arnaldo Sindo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tino FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Arnaldo Sindo hit a great ball. Jose Mede came free in the 96th minute and tried to tip the ball over Angelo Bibiano, but to the joy of Palacios FC's supporters the ball went over. When the referee blew the final whistle, Palacios FC could leave the field as winners, despite Tino FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
