To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th match minute, Tino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Mede to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Chayo in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Galoer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. EL FONDO's Evaristo Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erasmo Ugaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Sindo in the 29th minute of play. Aurelio Chayo struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Jorge Galoer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EL FONDO. After a rather tough play, EL FONDO's Generoso Cordara got a free kick in the 40th minute. Erasmo Ugaitz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Leonardo Ciceron. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Baldomero Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Hodei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Ugaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tino FC's Jose Mede in 46 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Erasmo Ugaitz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 59th play minutes Baldomero Hodei shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Erasmo Ugaitz and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 67th minute Baldomero Hodei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Ugaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge Galoer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Chayo in the 76th minute of play. Erasmo Ugaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Hodei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd match minute, Tino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Manex to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Aurelio Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL FONDO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Chayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Jorge Galoer managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when EL FONDO's Aurelio Chayo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Baldomero Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Hodei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Chayo succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Tino FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
