In the 9th minute, Americo Dalmai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Blas Remir was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Americo Dalmai put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Blas Remir. In the 18th minute, Nereo Arias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Selva AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Americo Dalmai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ben Hur's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Dalmai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blas Remir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Blas Remir was a little too slow when Anier Gora got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 3-1. Cecilio Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Karmel hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Americo Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Blas Remir managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Ben Hur's Americo Dalmai fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cecilio Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Egoi in the 44th minute of play. Americo Dalmai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Blas Remir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Americo Dalmai to strike the kick off in the second half. Esteve Petrigai kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Selva AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Brais. Anier Gora struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Blas Remir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ben Hur. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Americo Dalmai in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Remir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Americo Dalmai kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Anier Gora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes Selva AFC got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Petrigai. 77 minutes into the match, Anier Gora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blas Remir. Selva AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anier Gora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 82 minutes into the match, Selva AFC's Teofilo Mannuel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Fernandez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Americo Dalmai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Orlando Dolcet hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Americo Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Remir having to interfere.
