After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Jonatan Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atilano Aragones breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hilario Gabrio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Atilano Aragones 5 minutes into the match. Atilano Aragones showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Junyent, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Junyent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Atilano Aragones. Accauntants's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodrigo Junyent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Hilario Gabrio came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the La Plata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Gabrio couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Felix Fenici got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Felix Fenici came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the La Plata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Fenici couldn't finish the play. Hilario Gabrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Bartosz Nowak managed to get in a good position for a shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilario Gabrio in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atilano Aragones saved Accauntants from getting behind. La Plata's Hilario Gabrio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 25th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Hilario Gabrio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Atilano Aragones 29 minutes into the match. La Plata were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Accauntants's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Froilan Garcia took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Bartosz Nowak heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 36 played minutes Accauntants got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Manni. Hilario Gabrio had several of the Accauntants's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-0 score and a disappointed Atilano Aragones as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 47th minute Hilario Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Aragones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Atilano Aragones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Junyent in the 51st minute of the match. If Felix Fenici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Hilario Gabrio sped through Accauntants's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atilano Aragones. Bartosz Nowak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Aragones having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Accauntants's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Orixe came free, but Atilano Aragones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Gabrio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Aragones having to make a save. In the 71st minute, Hilario Gabrio made a precise shot to the right of Atilano Aragones. Accauntants's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. The audience was convinced that Hilario Gabrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atilano Aragones was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Rodrigo Junyent left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Plata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. If Baldomiro Orixe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When La Plata's Hilario Gabrio in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Accauntants's goalie prevented a goal. Atilano Aragones stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hilario Gabrio's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. If Hilario Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Plata had played much better football throughout.
