Rodrigo Junyent might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Pio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Junyent ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Matthew in the 5th minute of play forced La Plata's goalkeeper Delmar Checa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to La Plata getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Baldomiro Orixe hit a great ball. If Hilario Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The La Plata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Victorino Pio came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by La Plata's Rodrigo Junyent. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Junyent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Orixe in the 27th minute of play forced D-Bigote Clasic's goalkeeper Victorino Pio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bartosz Nowak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Plata's Hilario Gabrio pulled a muscle in his back after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Nicanor Aztore's late challenge caught a La Plata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicanor Aztore helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, D-Bigote Clasic's Nicanor Aztore got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Gervasio Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartosz Nowak might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Pio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The La Plata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The corner led La Plata's Froilan Garcia to fire away a dangerous shot which Victorino Pio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Victorino Pio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Savier in the 47th minute of the match. Rodrigo Junyent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Victorino Pio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half La Plata were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervasio Matthew was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodrigo Junyent kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victorino Pio. That made the score 0-7 in the 52 minute of play. In the 55th minute, Bartosz Nowak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute, Nicanor Aztore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Victorino Pio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. La Plata's Aristides Savier got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Junyent might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Pio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Junyent ran back to his position shaking his head. La Plata's Aristides Savier got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmar Checa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Matthew in the 68th minute of the match. When D-Bigote Clasic's Gervasio Matthew in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Plata's goalie prevented a goal. Bartosz Nowak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Victorino Pio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Bartosz Nowak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bartosz Nowak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Pio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rodrigo Junyent showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 78 minute of play. In the 80th minute, Rodrigo Junyent left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Plata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Victorino Pio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rodrigo Junyent showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 84 minute of play. In the 86th match minute, La Plata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartosz Nowak to maneuver through the defense. Victorino Pio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Junyent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the match, Bartosz Nowak notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of D-Bigote Clasic's Victorino Pio. Victorino Pio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The D-Bigote Clasic fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Plata were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
