Remigio Weterio hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 19 minutes in the game, Aureliano Mikeldi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Leonardo Mateus having to interfere. Teodosio Jerico charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodosio Jerico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Real Envido FC booed when Los Mismos de Siempre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Jerico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Mismos de Siempre's Leonardo Mateus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Mikeldi in the 23rd minute of play. Aureliano Mikeldi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Leonardo Mateus made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Real Envido FC's Gervasio Tauro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Leonardo Mateus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Tauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Real Envido FC's Aureliano Mikeldi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonardo Mateus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Envido FC's Gervasio Tauro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonardo Mateus. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. If Gervasio Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Tauro struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Leonardo Mateus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Envido FC. Aureliano Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Mateus having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervasio Tauro in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Mateus saved Los Mismos de Siempre from getting behind. Leonardo Mateus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Mikeldi in the 71st minute of play forced Los Mismos de Siempre's goalkeeper Leonardo Mateus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Aureliano Mikeldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Envido FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Mikeldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Mateus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonardo Mateus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
