An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Sanchez in the 21st minute of play forced Guardaparque's goalkeeper Virgilio Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 played minutes Guardaparque got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Isaio. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardo Vitin made a kick off. Guardaparque were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Estudiabantes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Remigio Blasco took the corner. The corner ended in Remigio Blasco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Estudiabantes's Anibal Venceslas did a great save. Remigio Blasco shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ricardo Vitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Estudiabantes booed when Guardaparque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 100 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Estudiabantes's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
