After 2 played minutes Alsa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Matthew. Pepperoni FC's Hermengildo Senin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Pepperoni FC from getting a goal against them. After 8 played minutes Pepperoni FC got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Urbasa. In the 15th minute, Bernabe Peli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, Pepperoni FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Sayveon to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Sayveon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edgardo Sayveon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fausto Iratzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Bras having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Filiberto Frances got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Benicio Iratzeder might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hermengildo Senin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benicio Iratzeder ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Filiberto Frances kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hermengildo Senin. That made the score 1-0 in the 46 minute of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Frances in the 53rd minute of play forced Pepperoni FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Senin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Edgardo Sayveon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cesar Bras. The goal made the score 1-1. 61 minutes into the match, Alsa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Sayveon came free, but Cesar Bras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Alsa AFC booed when Pepperoni FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Eduino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Benicio Iratzeder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pepperoni FC's Hermengildo Senin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filiberto Frances recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filiberto Frances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pepperoni FC's Hermengildo Senin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Iratzeder in the 72nd minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Benicio Iratzeder made a precise shot to the right of Hermengildo Senin. Pepperoni FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Filiberto Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alsa AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Frances was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Senin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the match, Pepperoni FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Frances came free, but Hermengildo Senin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermengildo Senin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Frances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pepperoni FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ladislao Galindo hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Benicio Iratzeder notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Pepperoni FC's Hermengildo Senin. Hermengildo Senin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Filiberto Frances had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pepperoni FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
