One of Monte FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pepperoni FC:s goal. Benjamin Giro had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Leonardo Eduino's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Fausto Iratzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Victorino Castulo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermengildo Senin having to make a save. Pepperoni FC's Hermengildo Senin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Pepperoni FC from getting a goal against them. Arnulfo Gabirel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Senin having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnulfo Gabirel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fausto Iratzeder ran back to his position shaking his head. Monte FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
