After 8 played minutes Kraken FC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Francesco. In the 11th minute Silverio Berdaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Tanio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingo Llorenc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Berdaitz in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Tanio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miguel Tanio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Berdaitz's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Domingo Llorenc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kraken FC's goalkeeper Miguel Tanio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domingo Llorenc struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Miguel Tanio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carancho FC. Silverio Berdaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Petri during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, one of Kraken FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kraken FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basilio Rafel to strike the kick off in the second half. Domingo Llorenc kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kraken FC's goalkeeper Miguel Tanio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Silverio Berdaitz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Miguel Tanio, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Silverio Berdaitz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Miguel Tanio. That made the score 0-1 in the 65 minute of play. After 70 minutes, Rodolfo Transito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kraken FC and the Carancho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kraken FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Rodolfo Transito hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Kraken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Berdaitz came free, but Miguel Tanio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basilio Rafel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Gelacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Rafel in the 82nd minute of the match. Miguel Tanio made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Bernabe Lop sent off a good shot on target. Kraken FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Innocenzio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorio Gelacio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Kraken FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Carancho FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
