Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teofilo Pereyra got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Loro barranquero FC booed when Boedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Muno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florentino Garin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Juvenal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Clodoveo Juvenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Boedo's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Hunfredo came free, but Florentino Garin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Segundo Avellaneda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Avellaneda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teofilo Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Arce having to interfere. Segundo Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jesus Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luciano Hunfredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 28 minutes into the match, Boedo's Segundo Avellaneda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesus Arce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Segundo Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Arce having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Boedo's Teofilo Pereyra ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jesus Arce. Jesus Arce yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Nicanor Muno hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Juvenal in the 43rd minute of play forced Boedo's goalkeeper Florentino Garin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jesus Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clodoveo Juvenal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luciano Hunfredo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 53rd playminute. When Teofilo Pereyra came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Boedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Pereyra couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Celso Llin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Arce having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Juvenal in the 69th minute of play forced Boedo's goalkeeper Florentino Garin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicanor Muno hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Loro barranquero FC's Jesus Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Avellaneda in the 74th minute of play. Vinicio Cuartio hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Segundo Avellaneda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Avellaneda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 81 played minutes Loro barranquero FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Ler. Teofilo Pereyra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Segundo Avellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Boedo's Teofilo Pereyra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesus Arce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Boedo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
