This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Domingos Pio as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience was convinced that Clodoveo Juvenal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Pio was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 18 played minutes Amoschina got a freekick which was hit by Juan Birila. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Micael in the 21st minute of play forced Loro barranquero FC's goalkeeper Jesus Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Micael might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesus Arce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The Loro barranquero FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Amoschina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
