Spectators: 7339 (Terracing: 5506, Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Damaso Christobal took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Ivan Elia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute of the match Evelio Peio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aquiles Maureo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Celedonio Incendio's late challenge caught a Deportivo Alberdi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Incendio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Higuera FC's Celedonio Incendio got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 11 played minutes Higuera FC got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Incendio. Leonides Paublo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Deportivo Alberdi's Aquiles Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Christobal in the 15th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Damian Oinatz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leonides Paublo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Aquiles Maureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Presebal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aquiles Maureo. Deportivo Alberdi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aaron Rius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damaso Christobal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Maureo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 40thth minute of the game Damaso Christobal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Alberdi's Aquiles Maureo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Damaso Christobal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Higuera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Christobal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Rius in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Oinatz saved Higuera FC from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Rius made a kick off. Higuera FC's Damian Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Rius in the 52nd minute of play. Aquiles Maureo made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Ricardo Farias sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Alberdi's goalkeeper Aquiles Maureo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute Ivan Savier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Oinatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Leonides Paublo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Savier in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Oinatz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 71 minutes into the match, Deportivo Alberdi's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Christobal came free, but Aquiles Maureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Christobal, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Celedonio Incendio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Christobal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Maureo having to interfere. After 91 minutes Deportivo Alberdi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gaston Lopes who took care of the corner kick. Higuera FC's Raimundo Ramos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aquiles Maureo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Christobal in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Maureo saved Deportivo Alberdi from getting behind. After 96th play minutes Aaron Rius shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Damian Oinatz and just under the crossbar into goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
