Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zacarias Ixona in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Ixidor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, Eriberto Perez's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Kimetz came free, but Bartolo Ixidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Zacarias Ixona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Semen Padang AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Higinio Henry took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bartolo Ixidor. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zacarias Ixona to make the kick off. Martin Venerando's late challenge caught a Semen Padang AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zacarias Ixona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Bartolo Ixidor made a huge save. With a little luck, Eriberto Perez's Bartolo Ixidor got control of the ball when Zacarias Ixona tried to sneak it across the goal line.
