In the 36th minute, Atlético Dracotincho's Aureliano Balesio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bartolo Ixidor. Bartolo Ixidor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. With a little luck, Eriberto Perez's Bartolo Ixidor got control of the ball when Benedicto Perez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bartolo Ixidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Balesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Eriberto Perez getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Arnulfo Mateus hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedicto Perez got free with Bartolo Ixidor in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
