Pedro Fresco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Micael, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Bicha AFC's Geronimo Marques sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Inautzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baltasar Cordarrel charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltasar Cordarrel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Baltasar Cordarrel hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Prudencio Oinaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bicha AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Oinaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Inautzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Prudencio Oinaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Javier Inautzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Pedro Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Jacindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81stth minute of the game Venancio Jacindo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bicha AFC's Pedro Fresco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atilano Roano in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Inautzi saved Yapeyú AFC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Atilano Roano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bicha AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Roano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Inautzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venancio Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. The supporters of Yapeyú AFC booed when Bicha AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Panfilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Jesus Micael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Fresco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Yapeyú AFC's Javier Inautzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Oinaz in the 96th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
