The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Buinton in the 3rd minute of play forced Fender Sarsfield's goalkeeper Esteban Rameriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteban Rameriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Buinton in the 6th minute of the match. Ernesto Kiliz kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Alejandro Munio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Ezequiel Gumaro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gaspar Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Tiniebra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Gumaro having to interfere. Isidoro Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Gumaro having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Firestarter FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Diaz to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Munio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Gumaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Delmar Buinton made a precise shot to the right of Esteban Rameriz. Fender Sarsfield's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 42 minutes, Isidoro Efren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fender Sarsfield and the Firestarter FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Esteban Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Herensuge in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delmar Buinton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Fender Sarsfield's Esteban Rameriz got control of the ball when Leopoldo Diaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonides Birila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Esteban Rameriz. Fender Sarsfield's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 59 played minutes Firestarter FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Herensuge. Isidoro Efren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ezequiel Gumaro having to make a save. Lucas Vincent's late challenge caught a Fender Sarsfield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Vincent helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute, Lucas Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmar Buinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Rameriz having to interfere. Delmar Buinton struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Esteban Rameriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Firestarter FC. After 76 played minutes, Fender Sarsfield's Armando Pelagius shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ezequiel Gumaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fender Sarsfield reached it. Casimiro Inko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ezequiel Gumaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nicanor Bakar fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Firestarter FC's protests and gave Nicanor Bakar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute Isidoro Efren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Gumaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fender Sarsfield's zone, Delmar Buinton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Rameriz came out of the goal and Delmar Buinton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Fender Sarsfield's Casimiro Inko got a free kick in the 91st minute. The Firestarter FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
