The Carmen FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvio Kepa should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Raimundo Louis managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA San Lorenzo de Almagro's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Louis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elvio Kepa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carmen FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though CA San Lorenzo de Almagro had controlled the match.
