Noqueoj FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafin Tab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Chico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, Serafin Tab notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Redonda FC's Vicente Chico. Vicente Chico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Montay during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Redonda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Montay to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Pelayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Ekialde's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Benigno Pelayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Jobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Iraitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pastor Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes of play, Redonda FC's Rene Iraitz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benigno Pelayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Pastor Ekialde made a precise shot to the right of Benigno Pelayo. Noqueoj FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Benigno Pelayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Jobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Benigno Pelayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pastor Ekialde went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Felipe Montay kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Cristobal Dalmai's late challenge caught a Redonda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristobal Dalmai helped the player get up and apologised. If Gaudencio Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Noqueoj FC's Benigno Pelayo got control of the ball when Pastor Ekialde tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Noqueoj FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Serafino Taurino hit a great ball. Pastor Ekialde took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benigno Pelayo. Benigno Pelayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Serafino Taurino was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 68th match minute, Noqueoj FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Taurino to maneuver through the defense. Pastor Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Montay got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 72nd match minute, Redonda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Montay to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute Serafin Tab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Chico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Cristian Jobo could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Benigno Pelayo however easily saved by the left post. Pastor Ekialdes short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Benigno Pelayo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Julio Gagriel's late challenge caught a Redonda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Gagriel helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Redonda FC a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cristo Lesardo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Noqueoj FC's Benigno Pelayo. 1-6. Serafin Tab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Vicente Chico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91stth minute of the game Serafin Tab who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Redonda FC's Vicente Chico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benigno Pelayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Ekialde in the 96th minute. Redonda FC's Pastor Ekialde got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Redonda FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
