Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maximino Dayam started the match with the kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Maximino Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panambí FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximino Dayam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Americo Cambranes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Qwinton having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Maximino Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panambí FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximino Dayam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Teo Karmel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Argenis charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Argenis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jorge Argenis hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Timoteo Dacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute Santo Bonadona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Gasteiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Bonadona in the 24th minute of play forced Panambí FC's goalkeeper Venancio Gasteiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pelicurá's goalkeeper Javier Qwinton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Americo Cambranes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Javier Qwinton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Javier Qwinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Dayam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Americo Cambranes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Americo Cambranes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Javier Qwinton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Javier Qwinton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximino Dayam's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 55 played minutes Pelicurá got a freekick which was hit by Teo Karmel. In the 65thth minute of the game Maximino Dayam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pelicurá's Javier Qwinton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Aristides Guillem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panambí FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pelicurá the free kick. In the 68th match minute, Panambí FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Guillem to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Maximino Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panambí FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximino Dayam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Qwinton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Panambí FC booed when Pelicurá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Karmel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Maximino Dayam cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Javier Qwinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Pelicurá booed when Panambí FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Dacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Javier Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Cambranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Americo Cambranes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximino Dayam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Javier Qwinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Americo Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Panambí FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
