Benigno Pelayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Dayam, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Maximino Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafin Tab hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Benigno Pelayo was a little too slow when Maximino Dayam got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Noqueoj FC's Serafino Taurino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Venancio Gasteiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Panambí FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Aristides Guillem hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Panambí FC's Maximino Dayam ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benigno Pelayo. Benigno Pelayo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Americo Cambranes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Benigno Pelayo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Americo Cambranes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panambí FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Cambranes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Noqueoj FC's goalkeeper Benigno Pelayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Americo Cambranes. Maximino Dayam struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Benigno Pelayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panambí FC. When Maximino Dayam came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Panambí FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Dayam couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaudencio Roland was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Americo Cambranes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panambí FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Cambranes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximino Dayam in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Pelayo saved Noqueoj FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Cambranes in the 64th minute of play forced Noqueoj FC's goalkeeper Benigno Pelayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Maximino Dayam notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Noqueoj FC's Benigno Pelayo. Benigno Pelayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 71 minutes into the match, Panambí FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Roland came free, but Venancio Gasteiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Timoteo Dacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute of the match Joaquin Mitxel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Venancio Gasteiz skillfully saved the ball. Benigno Pelayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Guillem in the 84th minute of the match. Timoteo Dacio's late challenge caught a Noqueoj FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Dacio helped the player get up and apologised. After 88 played minutes Panambí FC got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Dacio. If Gaudencio Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panambí FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
