With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ariel Ipar in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Gines saved Fracrán from getting behind. Guido Abad hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Pelagius during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Anguincila's Lucas Pelagius got a free kick in the 25th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ariel Ipar was the one to do the kick off. Fracrán's Ricardo Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Ipar in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fracrán's zone, Francisco Larpe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Gines came out of the goal and Francisco Larpe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ariel Ipar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Gines having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Fracrán's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Larpe came free, but Ricardo Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ariel Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Haimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ciriaco Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Francisco Larpe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anguincila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Larpe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anguincila's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
