San Nicolas del Carril's Benicio Ganix tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Larpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. The supporters of San Nicolas del Carril booed when Anguincila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Ipar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ciriaco Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciriaco Tonete came out of the goal and Amadeo Ubelteso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Amancio Ixaka kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciriaco Tonete. That made the score 1-2 in the 95 minute of play. 101 minutes into the match, Anguincila's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Ixaka came free, but Ciriaco Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. San Nicolas del Carril had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
