Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jacobo Lucila took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Efrain Eguerdi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fauzón FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave canarios AFC the free kick. Efrain Eguerdi kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Nicolas Bela sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fauzón FC's Gaston Urti didn't even have to move. If Nicasio Chano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Efrain Eguerdi came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Fauzón FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efrain Eguerdi couldn't finish the play. Christian Hug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gaston Urti made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Domingos Elorri sent off a good shot on target. Fauzón FC's Nicasio Chano got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jacobo Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Domingos Elorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Chuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicasio Chano went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Christian Hug made the kick off in the second half. canarios AFC's Domingos Elorri got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 57 played minutes Fauzón FC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Tercero. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Lucila in the 60th minute of play forced Fauzón FC's goalkeeper Gaston Urti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Hug during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of canarios AFC booed when Fauzón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Tercero didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Nicolas Bela led 64 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Fauzón FC's Gaston Urti became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-1. Gaston Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Lucila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. canarios AFC's Emilio Alvarez got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaston Urti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Elorri in the 80th minute of the match. After 83 minutes of play, canarios AFC's Jacobo Lucila made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaston Urti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Domingos Elorri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute Jacobo Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Urti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. canarios AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
