Spectators: 7125 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christian Hug took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Arnau in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaston Urti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5th match minute, Fauzón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Gaston Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaston Urti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Arnau in the 9th minute of the match. When Duendes's Luciano Ordono in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fauzón FC's goalie prevented a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Fauzón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Ordono came free, but Gaston Urti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fauzón FC's goalkeeper Gaston Urti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gaston Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Arnau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Duendes a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Haroldo Abreu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fauzón FC's Gaston Urti. 0-1. Luciano Ordono took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaston Urti. Gaston Urti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Nicasio Gora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Tercero kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Luciano Ordono came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Duendes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Ordono couldn't finish the play. After 46 played minutes Fauzón FC got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Eguerdi. Gaston Urti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luciano Ordono went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

53 minutes into the game, Isidoro Arnau recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gaston Urti. Isidoro Arnau showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Luciano Ordono managed to get in a good position for a shot. Duendes's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Ordono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Urti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Raimundo Mateo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Urti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Arnau in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Luciano Ordono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Gaston Urti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, Luciano Ordono notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Fauzón FC's Gaston Urti. Gaston Urti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Nicasio Gora fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Duendes's protests and gave Nicasio Gora a yellow card for diving instead. Nicasio Gora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gaston Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaston Urti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isidoro Arnau showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 77 minute of play. Luciano Ordono received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaston Urti came out and tried to block the shot, but Luciano Ordono slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 80th minute. Gaston Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Arnau in the 83rd minute of play. Efrain Eguerdi charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Eguerdi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute, Luciano Ordono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Arnau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaston Urti was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Efrain Eguerdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Duendes's Haroldo Abreu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 94th minute, Luciano Ordono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidoro Arnau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
