Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Bide in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amancio Illart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 12 played minutes Deportivo Blas got a freekick which was hit by Guido Haritz. Amancio Illart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Bide, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Deportivo Blas's goalkeeper Amancio Illart had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Salvidor. After 17 played minutes Deportivo Blas got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Matxin. Deportivo Blas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Mauro Salvidor scored to the left of an out of position Amancio Illart, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Deportivo Blas booed when Tortuguitas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Salamon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Deportivo Blas defense, Mauro Salvidor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amancio Illart. The Deportivo Blas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amancio Illart should have stopped the shot. Amancio Illart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Alvarez in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Blas's Bruno Matxin got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Bide in the 40th minute of play forced Deportivo Blas's goalkeeper Amancio Illart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mauro Salvidor came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tortuguitas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Salvidor couldn't finish the play. If Maximiliano Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximiliano Bide stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mauro Salvidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Amancio Illart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Mauro Salvidor in the 71st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Amancio Illart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Bide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bruno Matxin's late challenge caught a Tortuguitas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Matxin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Damian Ruisko sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Deportivo Blas's Amancio Illart didn't even have to move. Maximiliano Bide struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Amancio Illart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tortuguitas AFC. After a rather tough play, Tortuguitas AFC's Maximiliano Bide got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Justo Txilar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ismael Elazar made a huge save. Amancio Illart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Bide's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Tortuguitas AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
