Spectators: 6671 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benigno Lartaun charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a little luck, FC Astégian's Tiburcio Quinten got control of the ball when Bruno Barea tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Astégian's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Honorato Fidencio scored to the left of an out of position Tiburcio Quinten, making the score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Iruya's Emanuel Fresco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiburcio Quinten. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Mario Arnalt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iruya's Arturo Claris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Nestor Henry got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute, Mario Arnalt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Iruya's Emanuel Fresco in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nestor Henry stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Astégian booed when Iruya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Amor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evelio Solustiano made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Remigio Amor however managed to control. 61 minutes into the match, FC Astégian's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Fresco came free, but Tiburcio Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evelio Solustiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Quinten having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Fresco in the 66th minute of play forced FC Astégian's goalkeeper Tiburcio Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 77 minutes of play, Iruya's Remigio Amor made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Quinten was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the game, Isaac Udalaitz threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Astégian's Mario Arnalt quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Mario Arnalt came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the FC Astégian fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Arnalt couldn't finish the play. Remigio Amor kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Mario Arnalt has a good long shot, which he once again showed in the 87th minute of the match. Unfortunately the ball hit the outside of the left post. 92 minutes into the game, Mario Arnalt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Astégian's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iruya the free kick. Mario Arnalt hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Nestor Henry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Arturo Claris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Astégian's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
