Justino Sayvion ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 29th minute, Laureano Mincho made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Martxel. estrella roja's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Justino Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Apacheta FC's zone, Justino Sayvion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Tulio came out of the goal and Justino Sayvion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Inocencio Cebrian came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the estrella roja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Cebrian couldn't finish the play. Bartolo Veremundo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Oscar Theodore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justino Sayvion made a kick off. Omar Urbes might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Martxel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Omar Urbes ran back to his position shaking his head. Inocencio Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Everardo Tulio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Tulio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Sayvion in the 58th minute of the match. estrella roja's Conrado Martxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Urbes in the 61st minute of play. Everardo Tulio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Sayvion, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Sayvion in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Tulio saved Apacheta FC from getting behind. Conrado Martxel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Mincho in the 67th minute of the match. estrella roja's Conrado Martxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Mincho in the 70th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Justino Sayvion got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Filomeno Edur fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Apacheta FC's protests and gave Filomeno Edur a yellow card for diving instead. If Justino Sayvion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, estrella roja's Ciriaco Abecia got a free kick in the 88th minute. Conrado Martxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Mincho in the 89th minute of play. Omar Urbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Conrado Martxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Omar Urbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Apacheta FC could leave the field as winners, despite estrella roja having more of the ball for most of the match.
