The 9 De Diciembre fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when 9 De Diciembre's Paolo Ramond looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Robustiano Acosta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Ramond in the 15th minute of play. The 9 De Diciembre fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when 9 De Diciembre's Paolo Ramond looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Robustiano Acosta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Ramond, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Paolo Ramond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robustiano Acosta was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 9 De Diciembre's Haroldo Erdiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save 9 De Diciembre from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Coranzulí FC booed when 9 De Diciembre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Totakoxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliberto Lizardi charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliberto Lizardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paolo Ramond stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcos Totakoxe hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Zacarias Ponc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Haroldo Erdiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Paolo Ramond reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robustiano Acosta. The goal made the score 1-5. After having played for 70 minutes, Zacarias Ponc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coranzulí FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zacarias Ponc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When 9 De Diciembre's Paolo Ramond in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 90thth minute of the game Paolo Ramond who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coranzulí FC's Robustiano Acosta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Robustiano Acosta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Robustiano Acosta was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Paolo Ramond capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paolo Ramond really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. The Coranzulí FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 9 De Diciembre were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
