But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robustiano Henric couldn't finish the play. If Marcos Perrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Robustiano Henric managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano's supporters rose to their feet, but Robustiano Henric was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Horacio Mino fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belgrano's protests and gave Horacio Mino a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Club Atletico Belgrano booed when Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Mino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Maximino Berdoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Perrando to make the kick off. Severo Jordy came out of the goal and Maximino Berdoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roque Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Fernandes having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Club Atletico Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Llin. Robustiano Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Fernandes having to interfere. Severo Jordy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Perrando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roque Etxatxu took the ball and in the 101 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesus Fernandes. Jesus Fernandes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Belgrano were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Atletico Belgrano for a fine match.
