After a defensive mix-up in Real Bañil CF's zone, Paolo Bazil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Manuelo came out of the goal and Paolo Bazil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Segundo Stanislao lost his temper 22 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Real Bañil CF booed when C.A.Bien Jugado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. When Baltasar Jaunzuria fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Bañil CF's protests and gave Baltasar Jaunzuria a yellow card for diving instead. 60 minutes into the game, Guillermo Sesuldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Bañil CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Bien Jugado the free kick.
