The supporters of Luis futbol club booed when Metaguacha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Pacorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Luis futbol club's goalkeeper Nicanor Oidor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iker Nevada. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugenio Cordara during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Modesto Montrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jaime Reynardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Modesto Montrel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Reynardo was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After having played for 42 minutes, Modesto Montrel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luis futbol club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modesto Montrel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albano Mogel to strike the kick off in the second half. Ciriaco Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Eusebio Peli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jaime Reynardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teofilo Gabino fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luis futbol club's protests and gave Teofilo Gabino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Teofilo Gabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Mogel in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicanor Oidor saved Luis futbol club from getting behind. The Metaguacha FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Luis futbol club's performance. The match ended with a win for Luis futbol club.
