Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) Ubaldo Txurio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Gervasio Cheche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Mogel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Txurio in the 7th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Adrian Refugio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Chorrillos FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Celestino Pinto hit a great ball. Ubaldo Txurio might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacinto Mogel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubaldo Txurio ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Chorrillos FC's zone, Gervasio Cheche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Mogel came out of the goal and Gervasio Cheche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Augusto Gagriel hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Pedro Richie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Hori in the 25th minute of play. Pedro Richie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Gagriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ubaldo Txurio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Gervasio Cheche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Mogel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Chorrillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Txurio came free, but Jacinto Mogel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Richie made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ladislao Ipar sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guaberto Hori to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Refugio in the 53rd minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Pedro Richie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Mogel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Txurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Cheche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jacinto Mogel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59thth minute of the game Ubaldo Txurio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chorrillos FC's Jacinto Mogel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Augusto Gagriel notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Rosario Central's Pedro Richie. Pedro Richie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adrian Refugio scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Richie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Guaberto Hori hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Chorrillos FC's Adrian Refugio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Richie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Rosario Central's Gervasio Cheche got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 89 played minutes Chorrillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Cordarrol. Rosario Central's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
