Casimiro Domenec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Eustacio Gorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Eriberto Izotz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustacio Gorri was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Clodoveo Frisco took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustacio Gorri. Eustacio Gorri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Pastor Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Casimiro Domenec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verónica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Domenec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Frisco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eustacio Gorri. Saturno FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Frisco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ladislao Bixintxo to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Aztore during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Casimiro Domenec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Gorri having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Verónica FC's Eriberto Izotz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustacio Gorri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Verónica FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Clodoveo Frisco hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Ladislao Bixintxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Olo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Izotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eustacio Gorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Izotz in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Saturno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Izotz came free, but Eustacio Gorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Verónica FC fully deserved thier win.
